Directions
The chair of the Research Group of Business Informatics and Software Engineering is located at the second floor of the building R09 (R09 R02) at the campus in Essen. You can have a look at the map below which provides a red mark to signal the location of the building R09. When you get to the second floor of R09 you need to go to the corridor with the letter "H" to get to our offices.
Arrival by public transport
If you travel by public transport, you can exit at the underground station “Rheinischer Platz”. After you got off the subway, you need to walk about 5 minutes to get to our chair. Please have a look at the map below, where you can find a blue coloured path that starts at the underground station “Rheinischer Platz” and goes to the red marked destination, where you can find our offices. Arrival by car
If you travel by car, you can put the address "Reckhammerweg 20; 45141 Essen" into your navigation device. As a result, you should be guided to the biggest parking area of the campus in Essen, which is also close to our offices. There also are other parking areas as you can see on the map below. The parking area on the map is marked with the letter “P” and the green coloured area around the “P”.

The code for our main office is “R09 R02 H33“. If cannot find our location you can ask people for help. Anybody who is used to the campus should be able to help you.

In this way, your email will always get to the proper contact person and the process will proceed faster.
